Who We Serve

Operation Dress Code provides women veterans with a free personalized shopping spree designed to help them navigate civilian careers with the confidence they deserve and respect they earned.

Our specially designed Operation Dress Code pop-up boutiques offer new and gently used professional clothing, shoes, purses, jewelry and accessories - all free for women currently serving in the U.S. Armed Forces and for the women who have previously served.

Empowering Women Veterans

A Safe Space for Women

Personal stylists help the ladies replace their mandatory uniforms with a new style that’s all their own.  But Operation Dress Code is about more than a new business jacket or pair of shoes, it’s an experience. It’s about creating a safe space where women help women - where our female Veterans can recover, recharge and redefine their post-military lives.

How To Help

Operation Dress Code is a collaborative program that partners with Veterans organizations, community leaders, business groups and countless dedicated volunteers to produce the unique events.  We partner with San Diego’s Courage to Call, Wounded Warrior Project, Cal Vet and many more.

Donate Clothing

We rely on community donations of new or gently used items to fill the boutique.

Donate Your Services

Our entire program is volunteer-based and we always need people with special talents.

Event Volunteers

We need a small army to create our pop-up boutique in ONE day.

Corporate Sponsorships

Hosting the event is expensive, corporate sponsors are essential to our success.

Community Partners

We partner with Veterans organizations, community leaders, and business groups.

Make a Monetary Gift

We accept and appreciate cash donations through our 501C3 partners.

“Everybody's been so friendly and kind. This is so cool. It's just about women. We sacrificed, too. We're important. We're seen and we're heard.”
